After graduating as a Mathematical Engineer and Economist, I led the Decapack family business for 15 years, specializing in International Moving and Mobility.
As part of a global network of small and medium-sized companies, we work as a team to provide door-to-door moving services. I was intrigued by the relationship and reputation based nature of the business, but was surprised by the disconnect in processes and systems in the international logistics services industry.
While relationships and reputation maintain the quality of service, the disconnect makes it unnecessarily complex and inefficient.
In this blog, I want to share my perspective on the issue and discuss the future of logistics solutions.
